And so in 2022, McGlashan intends to repeat the attempt, and this time his goal is to break the world record – 1223 km / h. To do this, the rider will use a new development called the Aussie Invader 5R.

The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 1,1 seconds. The speed of 1610 km / h will “succumb” to the rocket car in 22 seconds.
