In the Lviv region, another church community moved from the Moscow Patriarchate to the OCU

In the Lviv region, another church community passed into the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

Believers from the village of Sulimov of the Kulikovskaya TG of the Lviv region decided to leave the jurisdiction of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate .

This was announced by the head of the Lviv OVA Maxim Kozitsky.

“The religious community of the Church of the Ascension of the Lord in the village of Sulimov in the Kulikovo UTC of the Lviv region decided to change the canonical subordination, that is, to withdraw from the jurisdiction of the Moscow Patriarchate and move to the Lviv diocese of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine,” wrote Kozitsky.

The head of the Lviv OVA added that the rector of the temple, Grigory Farat, did not support the decision of the believers and refused to transfer to the OCU.

Recall that in the Zhytomyr region, communities began to withdraw from the Moscow Patriarchate .
