Yuriy Ignat noted that the Russians are raising fighter jets in the sky both in the Russian Federation and in Belarus.
In Ukraine today, January 31, a large-scale air alert was announced three times. The Russian occupiers raised MiG-31 aircraft, which can carry Kinzhal missiles.
“The air alerts were geographically large, but not as long-lasting as we would normally expect from MiG-31Ks, which are the carriers of the Dagger missiles. That’s why air alerts are issued when this type of aircraft takes off. The fact that they don’t were long, indicates that these are ordinary training flights,” said the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, on the air of the telethon.
At the same time, he specified that the MiG-31 is being flown into the sky both from the territory of Belarus and from the Russian Federation.
“This plane is a psychological factor of pressure on European countries. In Russian talk shows, the hysteria of threats of a nuclear strike does not stop. When there are no strikes, the factor of influence also affects our population – it affects both the economy and people,” Ignat concluded.
