ZA / UM released the RPG Disco Elysium – The Final Cut on PC and PlayStation consoles on March 30th. However, the version for the latter suffers from numerous bugs and shortcomings. Since then, there have been two updates, and a third is already being prepared.
The developer is already working on the third patch, which should solve many of Disco Elysium’s problems – The Final Cut on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The studio has not yet announced the release date of the update.
“You can blame the abandoned shopping area, the birthplace of doomed dreams, the resting place for every business. Blame the invasion of the localized space by the apocalypse or something else that hits you with Tequila Sunset. Blame Abigail’s call, – wrote the studio. – Or just blame us. Because it’s our fault, that’s the truth. We are all just people with a big dream, and we don’t always make it come true, as we hope. But we will try anyway, and we will try again until we do it as it should be. “.
Update 1.3 will fix not only errors in the save, but also the controller’s work in several scenes, the sound of the characters, treatment in the pawnshop and the freezing of the Cabinet of Thoughts, as well as many other problems.
Disco Elysium is currently available on PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Google Stadia. The game is scheduled for release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S and Nintendo Switch in the summer of 2021.
