The work is briefly described by The Next Web. The authors of the scientific article argue that the laws governing the Universe are an evolutionary self-learning system. It follows that the laws can change over time so that the universe can persist.
Scientists compare the universe to a machine learning system. The laws of the universe are essentially self-learning algorithms. The space could arise from the minimum possible initial conditions. Then, probably, the universe began not with the Big Bang, but with simple interactions between particles.
At the same time, scientists describe the constantly changing laws of the universe as irreversible. If all of the above is true, then people, perhaps, will never be able to combine physical theories into a single one. This makes impossible a theory of everything – a hypothetical unified physical and mathematical theory that describes all known fundamental interactions.
