According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the exercises were held in the Mangistau region. During the events “Shot” K-43269, or BPM-97, delivered a group of servicemen to the scene. These military men allegedly detained the “intruder”.
The armored car of Kazakhstan received anti-cumulative screens, which completely covered the sides and stern. They served to protect hand and heavy grenade launchers from rocket-propelled grenades.
Journalists note that the BPM-97 is actively used in the Russian army. These machines have shown themselves well in Syria. There are different options for an armored vehicle: reconnaissance vehicles, vehicles with combat modules with a 30-mm cannon, an AG-17 automatic grenade launcher and a 7,62-mm PKT machine gun.
