You can also clear cookies in a few clicks through the browser itself. To do this, open the Edge browser, go to the three parallel lines at the top right => open the “Journal” (the icon is somewhat similar to a clock) => and left-click on “Clear all logs”.
2. Uncheck all the boxes and put only in the field “Cookies and saved data of websites”, then click “Clear”
Allow or block Edge cookies in browser settings.
1.Open the Edge browser => left-click the three dots in the upper right => in the menu that opens, select “Options”;
2. Go down a little in the list that opens and open “View additional parameters”;
3.Find “Cookies” and select the one you want from the list: Block all cookies; Block only third-party cookies; Do not block cookies.
Allow or Block Edge Cookies in Registry Editor.
It is always recommended to create a system restore point before editing the registry.
1.Open the registry editor: in the search bar or in the execute menu (execute is called by the win + r keys) write regedit and press Enter.
2. In the left column, go to the section HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Classes Local Settings Software Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion AppContainer Storage microsoft.microsoftedge_8wekyb3d8bbwe MicrosoftEdge Main. When the Main section is selected in the left column, in the right column, look for the parameter Cookies. If there is no Cookies parameter, click on the section Main right click => New => DWORD Parameter (32 bit) and name it Cookies => open it by double-clicking the left mouse button.
3. In the “Value” field, enter the desired number and click “OK”: 0 – Block all cookies.
1 – Block only third party cookies.
2 – Do not block cookies.
After entering, just close the registry editor, the changes should take effect immediately.
