7. Open PowerShell as administrator: one of the ways is to write PowerShell in the search bar, right-click on the found result and select “Run as administrator”.
8. Enter the command
& {$ manifest = (Get-AppxPackage * ContentDeliveryManager *). InstallLocation + 'AppxManifest.xml'; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $ manifest}
and press the Enter key.
9. Restart your computer, go to the Start menu => Settings => Personalization => on the left side select “Lock screen” => on the right side next to “Background” select “Windows: Interesting”. Lock your computer to make sure Windows Highlights is working again.
