Every device connected to the network (laptops, tablets, desktops, smartphones, etc.) has its own IP address on the network and a universal MAC address. Very often, for some reason, you need to know your MAC address, or IP address. In today’s article, we will look at how to find the IP and MAC address in Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Mac OS X, IPhone, iPad, Android, Linux devices.
Windows 10
In Windows 10, the IP and Mac address can be found faster than other versions of operating systems. In the notification area, you need to click on the Wi Fi icon, or the Internet, then select “Network Settings”

Open “Network” and select your network connection, then select “Advanced” and look at the tabs for the network information you need.
