Word usually stores some additional properties for your document, such as author, creation date, subject, notes, etc. Some of these properties can be changed and found in the Info menu.
Click the File tab to open a dialog box for changing document properties.
Next, from the menu on the left, we select “Information”. On the right, click on “Properties” and select “Additional Properties” from the list.
Note: additional document properties can be opened for viewing and editing through the context menu, that is, right-click on any document => select properties => Details tab
The dialog box that appears contains all the additional information about your document. You can change the information by clicking on the “Document” tab in this window.
Change properties such as “Title”, “Author”, “Company”, “Keywords” in other words, tags are used to make this document easier to find.
After you have entered all the necessary information, click “OK”. Now the properties have new information about the document, and the keywords are displayed as Tags
You can also view and change properties by clicking File => Info => Show Document Information Pane in the Properties menu.
Automatically, you are returned to your document, where all the information is listed below the ribbon. Each property has its own separate line where you can edit it. You can immediately return to the “additional properties” window to view and edit other information about the document. To do this, click on “document properties”, then select “Additional properties”.
You can close this panel by clicking on the “X” button in the upper right corner of the panel.
That’s it for today, we’ll talk about other features of Word in the following articles. If there are additions – write comments! Good luck ?
