A 20-year-old Lamborghini passenger is being treated in hospital for serious injuries after being the victim of a drive-by shooting.
He was travelling along Ecclesall Road in Sheffield at around 1:40am this morning when gunshots were fired at the vehicle.
South Yorkshire Police said he abandoned the expensive car in Whirlowdale Road, Millhouses, and met two other people who were waiting for him in a white Rolls-Royce which took him to Sheffield Rugby Club.
The force said the man was “seriously injured” during the incident, and is now receiving treatment in hospital for injuries “consistent with firearms discharge”.
