9. Tomos Williams
Kept Wales moving forwards with some slick service and in defence he also played his part in slowing Scottish ball. 7
1. Wyn Jones (Gareth Thomas, 64)
Struggled to make much headway at scrum time against the veteran WP Nel. Prominent in Wales’ second-half line-out drives though, and defensively solid. 7
2. Ryan Elias (Dewi Lake, 64)
Man of the Match for an all-action performance. Much improved line-out throwing and he carried often and effectively. Great chargedown on Russell kick in Scotland 22. 8
3. Tomas Francis (Dillon Lewis, 59)
Great finish of the line-out drive try, and put in a real shift in the tight loose. Wonderful late turnover by Dillon Lewis finished Scotland off. 7
4. Will Rowlands (Seb Davies, 75)
Pinged at line-out drive, but reclaimed second-half restart and made a real impact the breakdown. 6
5. Adam Beard
Rock solid at line-out and led the effective second-half line-out drives which sapped Scotland and forced them to chase the game. Stepped up like a real leader. 7
6. Taine Basham
Some nice carries, showed real pace coming onto the ball. His real impact was in aggressive defence on the gainline. Lucky to get away with a shoulder charge late in the game. 7
7. Jac Morgan
A couple of errors early on but really grew into the game. Head-on tackle that stopped Van der Merwe in his tracks was high point, but fought feverishly both with and without the ball. 7
8. Ross Moriaty (Aaron Wainwright, 58)
Provided some much-needed grunt and aggression at the breakdown. Cleared well and led two counter-rucks. 7

15. Stuart Hogg
Excellent under the high ball, and played with huge energy and a palpable desire. Consistently made yards with the ball in hand. 7
14. Darcy Graham
Ruthless finish for first try and always looked dangerous with the ball in hand, almost squeezing over through a ruck after the break. Crunching tackles of Watkin and Morgan. 8
