According to NEC “Ukrenergo”, additional emergency power outages are not predicted.
“Yesterday, we managed to somewhat relax the restrictions on consumption. We continue to work to return the light to the Ukrainians, who are trying to take away the Russians from us by attacking our energy facilities with missiles. It is difficult, sometimes longer than we expected, but we find a solution, we ask and keep the balance in the energy system,” the company said.
Energy experts noted that endurance and courage are what Ukrainians must show this winter in order to face the enemy on the energy front.

In October and November, the energy system of Ukraine was subjected to massive missile attacks by the Russian invaders.
On November 19, 2022, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that about half of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure has already been damaged.
In an evening video message, Zelenskyi said that he receives reports on restoration work in the energy sector. Currently, according to him, the most problems with electricity are in Kyiv and the region, Odesa and the region, Kharkiv and the region.
At the same time, the Ministry of Energy assured on November 19 that the situation with energy supply in the country is under control. At the same time, Ukrainians are urged to help energy companies and reduce the load on the network.
