As Oleksiy Kuleba, the head of the Kyiv OV, reported, the Russians attacked critical infrastructure facilities, high-rise buildings in Vyshhorod and the private sector in Chabany.

“More than 20 victims, who are already being provided with all the necessary assistance. Unfortunately, one person died,” he wrote.

The head of the administration also reported that the Kyiv region is completely without electricity, partially there is no heating and water supply.

“Points of Invincibility” are being deployed in the region, where there is warmth, communication and alternative nutrition, Kuleba emphasized.
