“There are 1 surface and 1 underwater missile carrier left on duty, at least 12 Kalibr missiles are equipped and ready for use,” she said.
Russian missile attack on Ukraine
The day before, on December 5, the Russian occupiers launched 22 Kalibr cruise missiles from Black Sea Fleet ships over the territory of Ukraine. Also, long-range Tu-22m3 bombers with three Kh-22 cruise missiles attacked Ukraine from the Black Sea, as well as Su-35 fighters with six Kh-59 guided air missiles and one Kh-31P. Most of the Russian missiles were shot down by Ukrainian air defense forces.
According to Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, on December 6, Russia may launch a new missile strike.
