Russia will return to international law only after reparations are paid, Mykhailo Podolyak said.
The VP said that negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation can be held in Yalta after the deoccupation of Crimea.
Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, wrote about this in the Twitter microblog. According to him, the subject of the conversation will be reparations and punishment of Russian elites at the tribunal.

And then there will be negotiations – a constructive dialogue that will record the return of the Russian Federation to international law, the amount of compensation payments and agree on the schedule of meetings of the special tribunal in Yalta,” wrote Podolyak.
