The main element in the clip is the portal between today and the afterlife.
The Ukrainian group TVORCHI sang about indomitability in a new song – Heart of Steel, which will be presented in the final of the national selection for Eurovision, which will take place on December 17. The single will be included in the album of the same name, which the artists dedicated to the disobedience of Ukrainians.
The song about the steel heart in the chest, hardened by trials, became a call for TVORCHI to participate in the competition again, as it was two years ago, when the musicians scored the maximum number of points from the jury and the audience in the semi-finals of the National Selection and conceded victory in the final.
“We’re back in the game, because we wrote a song that we have something to say to Europe and the world. It’s about everyone who, despite all the hopelessness, carries a heart of steel in their chest and goes forward. And today it’s all of us. Our song has Lines : “Don’t be afraid to say what you think. Because no matter how bad it is, someone is listening.” We want our indomitability to be heard everywhere,” said TVORCHI.
The track sounds powerful from the first seconds. According to the artist’s plan, the broken non-standard intoxicating rhythm in the middle of the song conveys the state when things are difficult, but you stand and smile, and you are impenetrable. Synthesized vocal melodies synergize with Jeffrey’s live vocals to create a parallel reality effect with the entire world we live in now.
The artists recreated this idea in an atmospheric music video for the song, directed by Ruslan Makhov. The main element in it is a portal between today and the afterlife. It symbolizes different things: strength of spirit, a new beginning, a fatal end. According to the artists, it is today that humanity chooses what awaits it tomorrow.
“Life is a game. And I play to win,” TVORCHI sings in the track Heart of Steel, giving all Ukrainians an unequivocal charge of energy.
It will be recalled that Potap brought to tears a song about families separated by war.
