Cookies with M&M’s
Ingredients 10 pcs. cookies:
- Small chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Wheat flour – 80 g.
- Butter – 50 g.
- Sugar – 100 r.
- Potato starch – 1 tsp.
- Baking powder – 0.5 tsp.
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp.
- Dragee M&M’s – 1 pack
- A pinch of salt.
Leave the oil for a couple of hours at room temperature so that it softens. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add starch, baking powder, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Beat the egg with a mixer with sugar. When the sugar dissolves, add the oil cubes and beat the mass again.
Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Knead the dough – it should be very thick so that a spoon can stand in it. If the dough is not thick enough, add more flour. Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut, and place them on a sheet of parchment. Flatten the balls slightly with your hands. Then squeeze a few M&M’s into the top of each cookie.
Preheat the oven to 170 °. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. During this time, the cookies should be completely cooked, and the M&Ms may crack. Cool the cookies slightly and serve.
