OSINT experts determined that the photos allegedly from the front were actually taken near St. Petersburg.
In September of this year, the son of the leader of the “Wagner” Communist Party, Pavlo Prigozhin, allegedly posed in Donbas in NATO gear. However, these photos were most likely taken in the Russian Federation.
According to Bellingcat analyst Arik Toller, the total cost of Prigozhin Jr.’s equipment was almost $2,500. However, the researchers managed to find out several interesting details.
“There is every reason to believe that in fact the son of the “Kremlin chef” posed for a photo in the St. Petersburg district of Lakhta, where he has a mansion, and where he ordered food at the same time,” experts note.
The researchers noted that you can ask Paul himself for more details about this. You can see a photo of the ATV in his Telegram account. It is said that Prigozhin Jr. is “a great connoisseur of roller coaster rides on this type of transport.”
Prigozhin Jr. at war
In mid-December, a photo appeared in the mass media in which Yevgeny Prigozhin’s son is posing in NATO gear, allegedly in Donbas. Of the entire set of Pavel Prigozhin, only the knee pads were Russian.
At the same time, at the beginning of December, the head of the “Wagner” PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, through his press service, criticized the former head of “Roscosmos” Dmytro Rogozin for appearing in public in a NATO uniform.
“If a face in NATO clothes came close to the positions of Wagner’s PMK, I think we would send him in a plastic bag for identification,” Prigozhin said at the time.
He did not comment on the appearance of his son in NATO equipment.
