The President of Ukraine answered the media’s questions about the concept of a “just world”.
Parents of Ukrainians who died in this war, defending the independence of our country, live for revenge, they are not interested in any compensation for the loss.
As correspondent reports, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this at a joint press conference with US President Joe Biden.
The Ukrainian president was asked what he understood by the term “just world”.
“It seems to me that the world is fair for all of us in different ways. For me, as the president, a fair world means no compromises regarding our land, territorial integrity, our sovereignty, compensation for all damages caused by Russian aggression,” Zelenskyy said.
At the same time, he noted that as a father, he sees a completely different meaning.
“Our parents lost their sons at the front, their daughters who were nurses. What is a fair world for them? All this money is nothing to them, they are not interested in any compensation. All they live for is revenge. They live for revenge.” , the president said.
He emphasized that war is a great tragedy.
And the longer this war, this aggression of the Russian Federation, goes on, the more parents there will be who will live with revenge. Because they have no other meaning to live anymore. And this is what I see. I know such people. There is no fair world. in the war brought to us by these people… I can’t even find a proper word, because we are in the White House… these inhumans,” Zelensky emphasized.
