The expert believes that war with the use of robots may become a reality in the next decade.
Military expert Oleg Zhdanov answered the question whether the Armed Forces of Ukraine use robots, such as the famous “dogs” of Boston Dynamics, in the war with Russia. He predicts a robot war in the future.
According to him, the idea of using them with weapons is good, but to date there is no data on the use of such robots on the battlefield in Ukraine.
“This is the concept of a new war or a new concept of war – the war of robots, the war of the future… It is quite possible that they (the United States) will do it for themselves, but today there is such data that Boston Dynamics will use our battlefield as a training ground for their dogs , there are no such data in open sources. Although the idea is good “. Zhdanov said.
According to him, the United States already uses such robots to protect a military base in the area where gold deposits are located. Zhdanov believes that a war with the use of robots can become a reality in the next decade:
“Art systems – fully automatic charging, tanks – fully automatic charging, concepts with an unmanned tower are being considered. Here are these robots, wheeled platforms, drones – they are also robots, only flying robots, and everywhere the operators are sitting somewhere on the sidelines, watching and manages these works”.
