In the capital of Ukraine, part of the consumers remained without electricity supply due to security measures.
After Kyiv was rocked by a series of explosions as a result of a new massive Russian missile attack, there were no hits on the objects of the capital’s critical infrastructure, but there were 4 townspeople.
Thanks to the air defense forces, the rockets did not hit critical infrastructure objects, the press service of Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klychka informs.
The mayor reminded that after the morning missile attack, 40% of the capital’s consumers were left without electricity.
“This is due to the fact that the energy workers took the necessary safety measures in the morning, during the air alert. Currently, the energy workers are gradually restoring the electricity supply. The city has heat and water in regular mode. Apart from the houses, where there is no energy supply, on which the operation of the boilers depends. And where electricity is restored, heat is also restored,” Klitschko emphasized.
The official emphasized that the debris damaged 2 private houses. Four people were injured. Three were hospitalized in the capital’s medical facilities, one was treated on the spot. In particular, a 14-year-old girl was hospitalized.
On one of the city’s central streets – Predslavynska – rocket debris damaged a car. There was no one in the car.
