According to him, “General Winter” became a disaster for the Russian army.
Military expert Mykhailo Prytula believes that in the near future the Armed Forces of Ukraine can liberate Donetsk, Melitopol, Kremneva and Svatov from the Russians.
This was discussed in his interview with TSN. The expert explained how the Ukrainian military will move.
“Most likely, it is the liberation of such large cities as Donetsk. It is very likely. It can also be the liberation of the territories that are currently captured in the Zaporizhia region. Most likely, it can be Melitopol, and I think they will reach Mariupol, but a little later . But Melitopol will be the first city to be liberated in the near future. There are also issues with Svatov and Kreminnaya. These territories will also be liberated in the near future,” Prytula said.
According to him, the Armed Forces first destroy Russian troops where they are, and only then advance. This allows you to save personnel in the equipment. The expert added that “General Winter” became a disaster for the Russian army, since the military leadership of the Russian Armed Forces cannot provide for its soldiers.
“Winter is always a disaster for Russia. A large amount of fuel is needed for equipment. It involves a lot of logistics, and the Russian Federation is always bad at this. It is necessary to bring a large number of shells over a long distance. And this is also a big problem for the Russian Federation today.” When all of this is calculated in the complex, it turns out that it is a very big problem for Russia – to ensure the grouping of troops that it keeps on the territory of Ukraine,” concluded Prytula.
