There were 13 reports of destroyed houses in the settlements of Pologiv and Vasyliv districts of the region.

The Russian occupiers inflicted about 220 hits of enemy shells in Gulyaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region during the day.

They fired from tanks, mortars, and also used multiple rocket launchers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reports.

“More than two hundred hits were recorded. Residents of the district center were the most affected. Both housing stock and local civil infrastructure were damaged,” the report said.

The police note that 13 reports of destroyed houses were registered in the settlements of Pologivskyi and Vasylivskyi districts, and warehouses and shops were also damaged. There was no information about the injured.

“The situation in Vasyliv Oblast also remains uneasy. In Stepnogorsk, warehouses at a local enterprise were damaged by “hail”. And in the village of Pavlivka, located near the city, a private house was damaged by the fire of the Russian invaders,” the report says.

The police note that the crimes committed by the Russian military are documented by law enforcement officers within the framework of Art. 438 “Violation of laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Criminal proceedings have been opened for each case of armed aggression.

The police of the Zaporizhia region urges citizens to continue evacuation to calmer cities or regions. At the same time, they note that over the past day, 1,081 people, including 127 children, were evacuated by rail from Zaporizhzhia to the cities of Lviv, Chop and Kovel.
