Sony will start implementing a console with two controllers.
PlayStation 5 is currently sold in two versions – standard and without optical drive. All of them are implemented in a complete set with one controller and games, if we are talking about special editions. But soon, if journalists are to be believed, a new version of the PS5 will appear in stores — immediately with two DualSense.
This information was shared by the German publication WinFuture with reference to its own sources. According to the portal, the standard version without a disk drive will be equipped with two controllers. The reporters also named the numbers of the new revisions – CFI-1216A and CFI-1216B.
The PlayStation 5 with the optional DualSense controller will go on sale near the end of January, but the exact date is not yet known. The same applies to the suggested retail value. Sony will announce it after the official announcement, but there will definitely be a markup in stores as the PS5 shortage still persists.
New PlayStation 5 kits will not arrive in Ukraine. Sony stopped importing its products after the full-scale invasion of Russia, and is currently considering a return to our market.
