The girl called the noisy party “an act of demonstration of disobedience of the Ukrainian people.”
The culprit of the scandalous party in Courchevel, Alina Varakuta, who loudly celebrated her birthday to the track “Vova, y*ash ih, bl**h”, began to justify her act. She called this incident “an act of demonstration of disobedience of the Ukrainian people.”
In her Telegram, Varakuta published a series of stories from Instagram, where she said that because of the party, she received a lot of hate from Ukrainians, and this upsets her very much. She emphasized that she celebrated her birthday “with her own funds, earned by honest work.”
“If one of the Ukrainians now upgrades an old car to a new one, will he also be guilty? The amount that went from me to help Ukraine during the war is much more than the money spent on the celebration,” Varakuta wrote.
In addition, the girl explained why the birthday celebration was with the Ukrainian flag and a Ukrainian song.
“But because now every holiday of a Ukrainian – be it the New Year or a birthday – is connected with one desire – victory. And this was an act of demonstration of the Ukrainian people’s defiance at any time. And we were not afraid that on there may be Russians in this resort and some conflict may arise, because our position is categorical,” she said.
Varakuta also noted that she grew up in a simple family and grew up in Troeshchyna.
“Everything that I have achieved in my life – I have achieved through my own efforts. I have never held any “state funds” in my hands,” the story says.
The girl added that she is abroad because her work, which “is 100% connected with access to the Internet 24/7, would be impossible in Ukraine without electricity.” According to her, she deliberately chose such living conditions that allow her to “work every day and help her country with donations.”
“And yet, I understand that due to the state of affairs in the country now, due to everyone’s personal losses, I could have offended or suppressed someone greatly. I want to sincerely apologize for this and say that the publication of stories from the celebration carried the exact opposite, winning mood,” Varakuta summed up.
A scandalous party in Courchevel
The other day, Russian journalist Sobchak published a video with Ukrainians who threw a luxurious party in Courchevel. According to Sobchak, the celebration cost Ukrainians tens of thousands of euros. Later it became known that Serhii Osherovskyi, who is wanted in Ukraine, was caught on the scandalous video.
Earlier, party participant Alina Varakuta called on Ukrainians to “think with their heads”. According to the girl, she “has the right” to celebrate her birthday the way she wants.
