The head coach of the English club Graham Potter shared his opinion about the transfer of the 22-year-old Ukrainian.
Mudrik is a young player with exciting qualities in the final third of the pitch.
A really interesting player, I think our fans will like him. I’m just looking forward to working with him. If I’m here until the end of his contract, we’ll be happy!”, the BBC quoted Potter as saying.
It will be recalled that Mykhailo Mudryk signed a contract with the London club until the summer of 2031.
The transfer of the Ukrainian cost Chelsea 100 million euros, of which 70 million euros is a fixed part, and 30 million euros the “miners” will receive as bonuses upon achieving special conditions, such as victories in the national championship and the Champions League.
Let’s add that for 19 matches played in the current season, “Chelsea” has scored only 28 points and occupies the 10th place in the standings of the English Premier League.
In the next round of the Premier League, the “blues” will play away against “Liverpool” on January 21.
