The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the State Customs Service, prepared changes to the legislative framework regarding the new mechanism for customs clearance of cars.

“Car customs clearance in a few clicks in Diya will make the service simple and anti-corruption. Because we completely exclude the human factor. Now the teams have prepared changes to the legislation,” said Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

He noted that the customs collection will take place according to the new calculation system.

“Enter three characteristics in the calculator – the year of the car, the type and volume of the engine or the power, if you have an electric car. Then the system will automatically calculate the cost of the car. For example, you have an Audi A3 of 2006. On diesel and with an engine volume of 2 liters. According to the new rules, pay UAH 80,132 instead of UAH 143,500,” the minister wrote.

On the Diya portal, an application for beta testing of the service, which involves submitting an application for state aid for families with children, has been launched.
