Ukrainian border guards eliminated eight Russian invaders near Bakhmut in Donetsk region.

This was reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine in Telegram. “None of the eight occupiers remained alive on the battlefield,” the report said. The Russians tried to surround and storm the stronghold of the border guards near Bakhmut and paid the price.

“The maneuver of the enemy forces was noticed by the operators of the UAV and they adjusted the mortar on them. And the fighters on the support opened fire on the invaders with small arms and grenade launchers. The enemy group was eliminated in its entirety!” – the message says.

Earlier it became known that the total losses of Russia in Ukraine for a day, January 31, increased by more than 900 people and amount to approximately 128,420 invaders.

Battles for Bakhmut – today it is worth knowing

Fierce battles with the Russians have been going on for more than a month in Donbas. The city of Bakhmut became a real fortress of Ukrainian soldiers.
