Vanilla cake for tea
For cooking you will need:
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 140 g
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- Oil (Part I) – 50 g
- Milk – 100 g
- Oil (II part) – 40 g
- Flour – 200 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and oil (Part I) until fluffy.
Instead of vanilla sugar, you can take vanilla extract – the cake will be even more fragrant.
Combine milk and butter (Part II), heat until frothy and add to the egg mass. Stir. Mix flour and baking powder, add to the main mass, mix. Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment and bake for 35 minutes at 180°C. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer – it should be dry.
