In the morning summary of the General Staff, it is indicated that the threat of further Russian air and missile strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains the highest.

The enemy launched four missile strikes and fired 85 salvo rockets, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on its Facebook page.

“The enemy launched 4 missile strikes and carried out 85 attacks from rocket salvo systems. The threat of further Russian air and missile strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high,” the message says.

Thus, in the Volyn, Polis, Siver and Slobozhan directions without significant changes, no signs of the formation of offensive groups were detected. Areas of 18 settlements were hit by enemy shelling.

On the Kupian and Lyman directions, the enemy launched mortar and artillery fire at 22 areas of populated areas.

In the Bakhmut direction, 16 settlements were hit by tank, mortar and artillery shelling. Areas of 25 settlements came under tank, mortar and artillery shelling in the Avdiyiv and Novopavliv directions.

In the Zaporizhzhya region, fire-affected areas of the DVU of settlements in the Donetsk region were affected by fire; districts of eight settlements of the Zaporizhia region and Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Kherson, as well as the districts of 20 settlements, were damaged by enemy artillery fire in the Kherson region.

War in Ukraine

Last day units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the areas of Hryanikyvka settlements of the Kharkiv region; Kreminna and Bilogorivka in Luhansk Oblast; Vyimka, Fedorivka, Vasyukivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske and Klescheivka in the Donetsk region and railway in Zaporizhzhia.

The General Staff also emphasized that the enemy will suffer significant losses, especially in manpower. It concentrates its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Kupyan, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Novopavliv directions.
