The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation made a new statement regarding the provocation by the “Kyiv regime” related to the staging of local radiation contamination of one of the districts on the territory of Ukraine.
They said that Ukraine is allegedly going to accuse Moscow of this on the eve of the 11th extraordinary special session of the UN General Assembly. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation notes that for this Kyiv has agreed with one of the European states.
“To implement this provocation, several containers with radioactive substances were delivered to Ukraine from the territory of one of the European countries to bypass customs inspection, which will be used to stage a local contamination of the area in the vicinity of one of the radioactively dangerous objects under the control of the Kyiv regime,” the statement reads. .
They also warned that as a result of the provocation, Ukraine intends to accuse the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of leaking radioactive substances, and therefore, to present Russia with a violation of the obligations of the Convention on Nuclear Safety.
