In temporarily occupied Mariupol on the evening of Sunday, December 24, loud explosions were heard. Adviser to the mayor of the city Pyotr Andryushchenko announced this in his Telegram channel.
“Mariupol. Loud in all districts of the city. There was an attempt to hide it under fireworks. There was air defense. And we are finding out the details of Bavovna’s Holidays,” the official wrote.
In turn, the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said that three powerful explosions occurred in Tokmak.
“Tokmak welcomes Christmas Eve. The whole city heard three loud explosions. The occupiers again report that all the missiles were “destroyed.” They just don’t specify whether it was equipment or ammunition,” Fedorov noted.
