There will be more drones and electronic warfare equipment, the president said
Ukraine will have more drones, missiles and electronic warfare equipment, President Vladimir Zelensky announced in an evening address.
“The first two weeks of this year have already added strength and opportunity to Ukraine. There are new support packages for our soldiers. There are very necessary agreements on the joint production of weapons and shells, a particularly sensitive issue is drones. There will be more drones. We are preparing the next good news on air defense. We remember there will be more about missiles and electronic warfare,” the head of state noted.
Zelensky also added that Ukraine is actively increasing its own artillery production.
“Ukraine has sufficient potential to go through this difficult path of war. We have the potential to unite the world. We have the potential to win. The main thing is to believe in yourself. And to believe in Ukraine,” the president said.
Let us remind you that the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that local communities can themselves purchase electronic warfare equipment from civilian manufacturers to counter Russian UAVs and missiles.
“This is standard practice. We have enterprises that have been doing this for a long time. Now many civilian enterprises are involved in the production of electronic warfare systems,” the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
