She emphasized Washington’s readiness for negotiations.
“As we have repeatedly stated, the United States has no hostile intentions towards the DPRK. We are willing to meet with the DPRK without any preconditions to discuss any issues of mutual interest. Unfortunately, the DPRK continues to reject offers of dialogue,” Park said.
