The support of the US people for Ukraine will be decisive in shaping future policy when the American people elect a new president in this country. As an correspondent reports, this opinion was expressed at a briefing by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrey Ermak.
In particular, he answered the question of whether the newly created international working group on security and Euro-Atlantic integration will continue its work if Donald Trump is elected President of the United States.
“You said that you know who will be the next president of the United States. Maybe you also know who will be the new president of Russia? But this is a joke,” Yermak said.
The head of the OP emphasized that the election of the President of the United States is solely the decision of the American people.
“But we know for sure that the American people are very supportive of Ukraine. And therefore, this is the main thing. I think that this will influence the policy of the United States,” Ermak emphasized.
