The head of state emphasized that terror cannot remain without a fair response.
President Vladimir Zelensky responded to the killing of Ukrainian civilians in Kharkov by Russians.
“Reality always speaks more than any words. Last night, due to a fire after a suicide bomber strike in Kharkov, a whole family died: parents and three children. The eldest son, Alexey, 7 years old, the middle one, Mikhail, 4 years old, the smallest “Pavel, he was 7 months old. Children who had not yet seen life and were killed because of Russian madness. Another family also died: husband and wife,” the president wrote on Telegram.
Zelensky expressed condolences to all family and friends.
He also said that the rescue operation at the impact site in Kharkov is continuing.
“It was possible to save four people, including one child. Dozens of people were evacuated. All necessary services were involved, and everyone who was injured will be provided with the necessary assistance,” the head of state noted.
The President is grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine and Ukrainians in protecting themselves from Russian terror.
“Every show of support is critically important. And it is also important to understand that terror cannot remain unpunished. Terror cannot remain without a fair answer. Terrorists must lose this war that they started. Russia must answer for every life it has destroyed and destroyed. This is the only way security for everyone will again become part of reality,” the president noted.
Night strike on Kharkov
At night, Russian invaders attacked Kharkov with Shahed kamikaze attack drones. Seven people died. Currently, 57 victims are known.
All these people are residents of Kotelnaya Street. They were left without homes, documents, money and personal belongings. Also, 15 private houses were completely burned down. In total, almost half of the street burned out.
