As a result of a night attack by the Russian army of invasion, one of DTEK’s thermal power plants was damaged and it stopped producing electricity.
The company’s official Telegram channel reported that the plant’s equipment was seriously damaged due to the shelling. According to preliminary data, no one was injured. After the shelling ceased, the power engineers began eliminating the consequences and resuming the operation of the equipment.
“The enemy continues to carry out systematic terrorist attacks on civilian and energy facilities in Ukraine. On the night of February 12-13, one of DTEK’s thermal power plants was damaged as a result of shelling,” the message says.

As reported, that night the occupiers launched drones and missiles across Ukraine. Several groups of attack drones flew to the Dnieper, and Russia also attacked the city with two missiles.
The mayor of Dnepr, Boris Filatov, said that the Russians are hitting civilian infrastructure. It subsequently became known that there were power outages in the city.
At about 01:00, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported ballistics in the Kharkov region from the Belgorod region. There was no information about explosions or the consequences of the attack.
