The occupiers attacked the village of Yuzhnoye, the city of Seversk and the village of Berdychi.
In the Donetsk region, Russian occupiers injured four civilians. The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office (DOP) informs about this.
It is noted that under the procedural leadership of the DOP, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into violations of the laws and customs of war.
“On March 8, 2024, the Russian army carried out artillery shelling of the village of Yuzhnoye, Bakhmut district. A 23-year-old man who was in the yard was wounded by shrapnel. He was provided with medical assistance,” the report says.
The DOP also reported that in the city of Seversk, two people were injured when an FPV strike drone hit a civilian car: a 64-year-old driver was taken to the hospital with burns in serious condition, and his 85-year-old passenger was taken with a concussion and a wound to his arm. In addition, the village of Berdychi, Ocheretinsk OTG, came under the gun of the troops of the aggressor state, as a result of which a 68-year-old local resident was injured.
“Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces,” the prosecutor’s office noted.

During the day, it was hottest in two directions. In particular, in the Novopavlovsk direction, Russian invaders tried to break through the Ukrainian defense 18 times, and in the Avdeevsk direction they repelled 14 enemy attacks.
The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka, Tabaevka, Berestovoe in the Kharkov region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, in particular Golubovka, Sinkovka, Kotlyarovka in the Kharkov region.
