Sources in law enforcement agencies told an correspondent about this. In particular, sources confirm that attacks on oil refineries are a continuation of a series of special operations against hostile refineries that the Security Service had previously launched.

Our task is to deprive the enemy of resources and reduce the flow of oil money and fuel that the Russian Federation sends directly to the war, to the murder of our citizens,” the source emphasized.
