The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and the head of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry had a telephone conversation.
Next week there will be a bilateral meeting between representatives of the governments of Ukraine and Hungary. This was reported on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine (OP).
According to the report, the corresponding decision was reached during a telephone conversation between the head of the OP Andrei Ermak and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjártó.
“The parties discussed Ukrainian-Hungarian relations and ways of their further development. In this regard, the head of the Presidential Office and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary agreed to hold a bilateral meeting between the teams at the government level next week,” the message says.
It is noted that Ermak and Szijjarto noted the importance of personal contact and expressed hope for finding mutually beneficial solutions on the most difficult issues on the bilateral agenda.
“As part of the ongoing dialogue, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary agreed to maintain contact on a regular basis,” the OP emphasized.
