According to the president, Ukraine will now always have its own strike force in the sky.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are increasing their strength. President Vladimir Zelensky said this in his evening address.
According to him, on Saturday he spoke with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky regarding the operational situation.
“We talked in detail: our existing capabilities, existing threats. It is felt that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are becoming more powerful,” the head of state noted.
He also named the areas where the most intense fighting is currently taking place.
“Pokrovsky, Kurakhovsky, Donetsk region, Kupyansky direction, south. Thanks to all our brigades, all combat units that destroy the occupier and provide us with greater stability at the front,” Zelensky emphasized.
In addition, the President commented on the latest events taking place on the territory of the Russian Federation.
“In these weeks, many have already seen that the Russian war system has vulnerabilities and that we can achieve these vulnerabilities with our weapons. And I thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate for the new Ukrainian long-range capability. Of course, thanks to our military-industrial complex – everyone who works for the sake of Ukrainian strength, because this is truly Ukrainian long-range – what our own drones can do. Ukraine will now always have its own strike force in the sky,” Zelensky assured.

The names of three dead police officers in the deadly Russian strike on Odessa were named on Saturday. These are Sergei Khomenko, Roman Fedorenko and Andrey Ilyushin.
In total, as a result of the enemy attack on Odessa on March 15, 21 people were killed and more than 70 were injured. Among the victims are police officers, a former vice-mayor, rescuers and an ambulance paramedic.
