The mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, announced this. He called on residents of Kharkov to be careful.
The media write that two explosions occurred in the city. There are no other details yet.
Let us note that earlier the Air Force warned about the detection of drones in the Kharkov area. The alarm in the region was announced at 23:26 on March 27.

On March 27, Russian invaders struck Kharkov. The enemy shelled the Shevchenko district of the city. The attack killed a civilian man.
19 victims are also known. Among them there are children aged from 3 months to 9 years.
At about 21:20, the Russians struck the village of Borovaya, Izyum district of the region. As a result of the enemy strike, a 12-year-old boy was killed. Residential buildings and a kindergarten were damaged in the village. The exact type of weapon used by the enemy is being established.
