Missile production in the Russian Federation has already exceeded the pre-war level, Kostenko emphasized.
There are no signs that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin plans to stop his war against Ukraine. Moscow is preparing for a further offensive, said MP, Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, SBU Colonel Roman Kostenko.
“We don’t see that Putin will stop. We see that the Russians are developing their military-industrial complex, and can then reach their peak of development, and then generate their capabilities. And this does not show that Putin is going to stop where -on those borders where they are now, and to conduct a positional war. We see that new armies are being formed. Putin, at a minimum, is committed to our entire south, Donetsk, Lugansk, and not excluding Kharkov. This is a “minimum program” for Putin, and this is a fact,” he explained on the Espresso TV channel.
He noted that the enemy is preparing the economy and partners for further offensive actions. In particular, Moscow is “fuelled by its allies.”
“These are Iran, North Korea and other countries that secretly supply, if not weapons, then very important components for them, with the help of which the Russians make missiles, among other things. Missile production in the Russian Federation has already exceeded the pre-war level,” Kostenko stated.
