According to him, if mobilization does take place in Russia, then “it will take at least two months to prepare these military personnel.”

And in general, all the Russian plans that are known are somewhere planned for July-August of this year. Not earlier. They have some reserves, but for an attack on a city like Kharkov, this is clearly not enough,” Zhirokhov emphasized.
