As it became known a month earlier, Xiaomi does not want to miss the window of autumn releases: before the presentation of the flagship Xiaomi 13 at the end of the year, the company is preparing another major release, known as the Xiaomi 12T series. Early rumors say that the devices are essentially modifications of the fresh Redmi K50 Extreme Edition and are aimed at the European market, which was confirmed today by an authoritative informant @UniverseIce. At the same time, he noted that we are talking about a 200-megapixel solution, which is consistent with early rumors about the 200-megapixel version of the Redmi K50 Extreme Edition – they simply decided not to release it in China. This is also confirmed by a live image obtained by Phonandroid. It features a camera block, indistinguishable from the Chinese counterpart, but instead of the inscription “108 Mp” flaunts “200 Mp”.
At the same time, no changes are expected for the rest of the filling: Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 6.67 “AMOLED screen, stereo speakers and a 120-watt 5000 mAh battery charge. Presumably, the device will be known as Xiaomi 12T Pro, because there are also rumors about models on the Dimensity 8100-Ultra – it will probably become the base Xiaomi 12T. The debut can be expected in the next few weeks.
