A documentary about Stan Lee will be released on Disney+ next year. For now, Marvel is in no rush to share details about this project. The company just released a teaser featuring some of Lee’s cameos in Marvel Cinematic Universe films. It is unclear whether the documentary will delve into Lee’s complicated life, or who will be involved in telling his story.

Disney has created several documentary projects for the streaming service. When the Disney+ service debuted three years ago, it featured the Imagineers documentary series about the creative minds behind the company’s theme parks. Later, a film about the stories of attractions appeared. In addition, other documentaries are available on the platform, including on Mickey Mouse, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Marvel’s cultural impact.
