Rumors that Huawei plans to leave the Russian market have been around for a long time , but the company continues to work and brings new items. True, some optimization is still going on. The company has decided to close one of the two online stores in Russia. In the official online store of the VMALL brand (aka shop.huawei.ru ), which was previously used as a multi-brand platform, a message appeared stating that sales will cease from August 1. The same goes for the Huawei Vmall mobile app. The good news is that those who managed to place an order before the designated date will be able to receive their purchases, and warranty obligations will continue to be fulfilled as usual. Even better news is that Huawei has another store in Russia (both owned by Huawei Tech Company LLC).
Note that the last major release in Russia was the P50 series, which included the P50 Pro and P50 Pocket models: they were delivered in early February. Later this year, the premiere of the Mate 50 series will take place. We will find out later how sales will take place in Russia.
