Samsung is preparing to introduce two expensive smartphones at once – Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4. Their development has already been completed, it remains only to show and start selling, and therefore it’s time to focus all efforts on the Galaxy S23. The PriceBaba resource has published information that indicates the active development phase of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The source allegedly was software for the future flagship of the Korean brand, which was fixed by the model index: SM-S918 and its derivatives. There’s also a DM3 code designation which, if correct, could come in handy to further identify the S23 Ultra in Samsung leaks. That’s all for now.
Usually the software for the next generation Galaxy S appears a little later, but the trend towards shifting deadlines could have an impact in this case. For example, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is expected to be the main one for the entire Galaxy S23 series, will be presented in mid-November, and not in December. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is also credited with a 120Hz display, a quad camera with a 200MP main sensor, a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging, and One UI 5 on Android 13. More significant leaks are expected closer to mid-autumn.
