OPPO has unveiled a new user interface for its smartphones, as well as Chinese OnePlus editions. Like the recent OxygenOS 13, the new software at its core contains the concept of the closeness of nature and man. Thus, Aquamorphic Design became the foundation of ColorOS 13, the essence of which is to introduce the theme of water into the design and functionality of the system. This is manifested in the standard design theme with many shades of blue, fonts, icon shapes and card interface, animation of certain software elements. They also improved performance and energy efficiency through the Dynamic Computing Engine.
A lot of time at the OPPO presentation (like OnePlus a little earlier) devoted to Always On Display and multi-screen interaction. ColorOS 13 will also have its own Spotify widget, environmentally friendly options, and BitEmoji AOD. By the way, now personalized Omoji can be assigned to a contact and used in a dialer. AOD in ColorOS 13 will be extremely economical on flagships by adapting to LTPO 2.0 with a frequency of up to 1 Hz. Provides fast interaction with PCs, tablets and other smart devices.
ColorOS 13 will be available in Beta mode today on OPPO Find X5 flagships. Older models will be updated during 2022 and 2023. More information on each will come later.
